These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of textileco.shop and any purchase you make from THE TEXTILE LLC(“Textileco”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who we are

textileco.shop is operated by THE TEXTILE LLC, a limited liability company registered in the State of Florida, USA (EIN 88-2922301), located at 4531 NW 34th Ave, Cape Coral, FL 33993-7374, USA.

2. Products & descriptions

We try to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly between screens, and natural linen and cotton may show small variations in texture and tone — this is a feature of natural fibers, not a defect.

3. Pricing & payment

  • All prices are listed and charged in U.S. dollars (USD).
  • Prices and availability may change without notice; the price shown at checkout applies to your order.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe (and PayPal where offered). Your card statement will show “TEXTILECO KITCHEN”.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example where an item is mispriced or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping, returns & refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, images, logos and designs — is owned by or licensed to THE TEXTILE LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission. Our patterns are our own or drawn from public-domain and original designs.

7. Product use & disclaimer

Food-contact products must be used in line with the guidance on the product page and our Product Disclaimer. Products are provided “as is” for their intended household use.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, THE TEXTILE LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and these Terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the courts located in Florida, USA.
